. and we have more from pennsylvania. >> reporter: 67-year-old jerry sandusky was led away from his home wearing a track suit. he was slapped with 12 new charges wednesday from two new accusers. the attorney said if he had been notified the client would have turned himself in. >> if this is the way it will be handled by the other side, we can do things to kind of make it miserable, too. >> he was charged on november 5th. he acknowledged showering and playing around with boyce but never abecaused -- abused them. he face, 5 0 counts including abuse that occurred on the penn state campus. he is behind bars here in pennsylvania held on $250,000 bail. prosecutors were pushing for 1 million. the accusers said they met him through his second mile charity. victim 9 said he was abused in a basement bedroom in his home. he testified that at least once he screamed for help knowing that his life was up stairs but no one came to help him. if he does make bail he will be under house arrest and subject to monitoring. >> if he does make bail, he will be let out with strict conditions and monitoring

one of his former assistants jerry sandusky. a key prosecution witness in the case is expected to testify tomorrow. anna werner reports. >> reporter: former penn state assistant coach mike mcqueary is among those expected to testify tuesday. mcqueary told a grand jury that in 2002, he saw jerry sandusky in a locker room shower on the penn state campus sexually assaulting a young boy. >> mr. sandusky, any comments? >> reporter: according to the grand jury report, he saw a boy he estimated to be 10 years old with his hands up against the wall being raped by a naked sandusky. but a local newspaper report raised new questions about whether mcqueary may have told a different story back then. 19-year-old man claims coach jerry sandusky gave him whit key and molested him in the penn state athletic building when he was 12. next week, some plan to testify against him at a pretrial hearing. joining us from state college is jerry sandusky's lawyer joe amendola. have you spoken with your client about the latest claims? >> yes. we don't know about them at the present time. jerry denies those allegations as he has the original allegations but we hope to get more information as we proceed. >> so you're saying he is denying these along with the original ones. a lot of the alleged victims here have said and him speaking to you out to "the new york times" and bob costas, they feel re-victimized. do you believe the allegations most of the people have made are totally false? >> yes. as a matter of fact, jerry has maintained his innocence from the initial allegation back in 2008 which started off as an allegation of fondling and grew over several months into much more serious sexual activities. jerry has always denied any appropriate sexual contact with then kids and now grown adult
